This service provides callers with support and information about our organization, and enables us to set up appointments, evaluate the particular situation and ensure it is not being overdramatized, as well as identify the caller’s exact needs to ensure he receives relevant counselling.
To receive a personal response, please call 514-384-6296 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Caseworkers providing all services are on duty from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and answer the telephones whenever possible. Please note that you can leave a message at any time on our voice mailbox.
