BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Board members are elected at an annual meeting. They form a mixed, multidisciplinary team made up of three representatives from the community at large (e.g., a lawyer, social worker, administrator) and three former participants who have completed one of the organization’s programs. The latter also contribute their personal and professional skills. They sit on the board in an individual capacity for a maximum term of six consecutive years. They are elected according to their interests and the organization’s development needs.
