The organization’s staff members work on a number of projects in addition to their respective regular duties. They are called upon to conduct workshops for new arrivals, give talks and take part in awareness-raising activities. They also contribute to the creation of intervention tools for participants, are involved in various partnership projects and take on certain board responsibilities. Moreover, they promote the development and diversity of practices while encouraging true cross-sectoral collaboration.
